At Eastside, sports are about more than competition; they’re about building confidence and creating memories that last a lifetime. Our student-athletes represent our school with pride, but they can’t do it alone. Behind every team is a community that believes in them. That’s where the Eastside Booster Club comes in.
From staffing concession stands to helping with fundraisers and event planning, there are opportunities throughout the year to get involved. Whether you have an hour or a whole season to give, your time makes a real difference.

We are grateful for the local businesses and families who support our athletes. Sponsorships help us offer better resources, improve facilities, and invest in our athletes’ success. Please take a moment to support the businesses that support us.
The Booster Club helps fund essential items and recurring needs across all sports programs. Here's just a sample of what we provide each year:
→ Uniform rotation for every team (on a 3-year schedule)
→ HUDL video platform for game film review and coaching analysis
→ SC Coaches Association dues
→ Pool rental fees for the swim teams
→ Greens fees for the golf teams
→ Athletic equipment, training tools, and other team-specific needs
We fund the foundational needs first so that when teams have additional requests, we’re ready to listen and help.
In addition to routine support, teams can request additional funding through the Athletic Director. Once a request is submitted, it’s reviewed by the Booster Club and evaluated based on a few key criteria:
1. Team membership participation (at least 50% of families should be Booster Club members)
2. Attendance at monthly Booster Club meetings
3. Volunteer involvement throughout the season
We take these factors into account to ensure that every team has a fair shot at receiving additional support. Our goal is always to be equitable, transparent, and supportive of all athletes.
We meet regularly and host fun, community-building events throughout the year. Here’s what’s coming up:
We meet the first Monday of every month at 6:00 PM (unless otherwise noted below). Meetings are held in the Eastside Media Center and are also available via Google Meet if you prefer to join virtually. Everyone is welcome, and attending is a great way to stay informed and involved.

Your membership helps fund the things that school budgets often can’t cover. From uniforms to training tools to essentials like pool rental fees or video software, we’re here to make sure every team has what they need to succeed.
In the past year alone, the Booster Club raised more than $64,000 and directly funded over $41,000 in athletic support. That’s real impact—and it’s only possible because of parents, families, and community members who step up to be part of the Booster Club.
